The problem
A boutique recruiter was tracking candidates and placements across email threads and a spreadsheet, with commissions calculated by hand each month.
What we built
A full agency CRM: client and candidate records, a pipeline board, placement logging with automatic fee math, invoice statuses, and a 'needs attention' view for stale candidates and expiring guarantees.
The outcome
Every placement and invoice now lives in one place. Monthly commission math runs itself. Easier to see which clients are repeat business and which need following up.
