The problem
A growing community pharmacy was tracking inventory, suppliers, and receipts across notebooks and spreadsheets. Reorders were guesswork and reconciliation took half a day every week.
What we built
A single web app to manage stock levels, suppliers, purchase orders, and customer receipts. Low-stock alerts, supplier scorecards, and printable receipts in the local format.
The outcome
Weekly reconciliation went from half a day to under an hour. The owner finally has a real view of what's selling and what's slow.
